If the delivery is made to non-EU countries, further duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details prior to placing an order.

Delivery Deadlines

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 1 – 4 working days, for foreign deliveries within 1 -7 working days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment on the day after receipt of payment).

Return Policy

Cancellation and exchange are accepted as long as the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days after delivery. Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery.

Cancellations are only possible until the time of shipment. Should the payment have been made via Paypal, an expense allowance of €0.50 will be retained upon refund to the customer's Paypal account.


Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
